Steel Industry Rolls
We supply various rolls for core processes in steel lines, including Wringer, Sink, Pinch, Rubber Sleeve, Coater, Steering, Tension Bridle, Backup Roll, and more. Depending on process conditions such as wear resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance, high friction coefficient, and load resistance, we apply NBR, Neoprene, Hypalon, Polyurethane, and special compounds.

WRINGER, SQUEEZE ROLL
• Material: Selectable according to line characteristics (CSM, CR, NBR, Multi-Black, Multi-Lite ….)
• Features: Wear resistance, chemical resistance, resilience…
• Hardness Range: A 60~90˚

• Material: Selectable according to line characteristics (CSM, CR, NBR, Multi-Black, Multi-Lite ….)
• Features: Wear resistance, chemical resistance, groove application available
• Hardness Range: A 60~90˚

• Material: PolyUrethane, Ultra-HA, NK-POL
• Features: Wear resistance, resilience, precision surface finishing (enhanced friction)
• Hardness Range: A 80~98˚
• Max. Producible Diameter: Max ∮1,650

BACK UP, WRINGER ROLL
• Material: Urethane for plating bath, Dynathane, Ultra-HA, NK-POL
• Features: Wear resistance, chemical resistance (plating solution, etc.)
• Hardness Range: A 70~98˚

APPLICATOR ROLL
• Material: Soft urethane
• Features: Anti-fingerprint, solvent resistance, Cr-Free coating, etc.
• Hardness Range: A 50~60˚

• Features: Electrical steel MgO coater, insulation coater (precision groove processing), anti-fingerprint, Cr-Free coating

• Material: Power-Brake (Hi-Clutch), Multi-Brake
• Features: Used for strip fixing after oiler and areas requiring high friction
