Polyurethane
We produce and supply polyurethane prepolymers optimized for ribbon casting processes and environments requiring high wear resistance and solvent resistance. Formulation design is available based on operating conditions and purposes, including wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and high friction coefficient. We also provide technical support tailored to existing equipment and process conditions (viscosity, curing conditions, deaeration, etc.).
PRODUCT 01
NK-POL(Base) COMPOSITE
NK-POL series is an MDI-based prepolymer designed for ribbon flow coating.
• Features: No mold or post-processing required, excellent physical properties, outstanding water resistance, wear resistance, and durability
PTMEG(Ether)
By reacting polyol with MDI, high-performance polyurethanes are produced for various applications including elastomers, adhesives, and coatings. This technology offers properties such as hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature characteristics, and elasticity.
- Applicable Hardness: Shore 75A, 80A, 85A, 90A, 95A, 60D, 70D
PCD(Ether)
The key characteristics of PCD are excellent heat resistance and durability. Polyurethanes manufactured using PCD exhibit high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and chemical resistance, with performance maintained even at high temperatures.
- Applicable Hardness: Shore 80A, 90A
